Trusts

There are basically two forms of trusts.

1. Testamentary Trust which is set up on your death and found in your will. Typically these are set up for infant children and grandchildren, persons who cannot manage their own funds. There are also specialty ones such as a "Hensen Trust".

2. Inter vivos trust which is a trust set up during your lifetime.
